Is it just me, or do the tunes of "Epidemic" by Porcupine Tree and "Wake Me Up When September Ends" by Greenday sound exceptionally similar.

I haven't gotten into "Porcupine Tree" yet. I listened to Green Day's "American Idiot" stuff a lot a few years ago. I think it was a great album for the Bush administration years. haha
I didn't listen to any GD for a while, until last week when I was cranking "Basket Case" for a while. I was feeling stressed out and it made me feel better. :P
